Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of marinefs.co. By using this website, or by submitting a project brief after being presented with these terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.

Website operator

MarineFS is a program of Cielo Field Systems LLC. In these terms, "Cielo," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Cielo Field Systems LLC.

General information only

This website provides general information about MarineFS and potential project support. Website content is not engineering, naval architecture, certification, legal, regulatory, safety, operational, or procurement advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for project-specific work by appropriately qualified and authorized parties.

Descriptions of potential services are not a guarantee that a particular service, configuration, schedule, result, or approval is available or suitable for a project or jurisdiction.

No engagement or project agreement

Using the website, submitting a project brief, or exchanging preliminary communications does not create a client, professional-services, contractor, partnership, joint-venture, fiduciary, or other legal relationship. Cielo is not required to accept or respond to an inquiry.

Project work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls the project work.

Project-brief submissions

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate, lawful, and information you have authority to provide. You authorize Cielo and the service providers identified in the Privacy Policy to process the submission to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, protect the website, and maintain ordinary business records.

Do not submit proprietary or confidential material unless Cielo has first signed a written confidentiality agreement that covers the submission. Submission alone does not create a duty of confidentiality.

Never submit passwords, payment-card information, classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, or other restricted or sensitive information through the website.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website to:

• violate law or another person's rights;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
• submit malicious code, spam, or deceptive material;
• interfere with website operation, security, or access controls; or
• use automated systems in a manner that unreasonably burdens the website, other than ordinary search indexing consistent with robots.txt.

The website, MarineFS branding, and original website content are owned by Cielo or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view, download, or print reasonable portions of the website solely to evaluate a potential business relationship with Cielo, provided you retain all notices and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

No other license is granted. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission or another lawful basis.

Reference and third-party material

Reference images, source links, company names, product names, and third-party marks remain subject to their respective rights and terms. Their appearance does not imply that the referenced party endorses MarineFS or Cielo, or that MarineFS performed the work shown.
