Who we are
MarineFS is a program of Cielo Field Systems LLC. This policy explains how Cielo Field Systems LLC ("Cielo," "we," "us," or "our") handles information submitted through marinefs.co.
Information we collect
When you use the project-brief form, we may collect:
- your name and email address;
- an optional phone number;
- project type, craft or platform information, and your message;
- submission timing and identifiers; and
- request, security, and rate-limiting information needed to operate and protect the form, including a one-way hash derived from the submitted email address and, when available, the request IP address.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, confidential material, classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI), or export-controlled technical data through this form.
How we use information
We use submitted information to:
- review and respond to project inquiries;
- communicate about the inquiry;
- prevent abuse, spam, and unauthorized submissions;
- operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and contact service; and
- maintain ordinary business records.
The form sends one notification to info@cielofs.com through Microsoft Graph. MarineFS does not maintain a separate website database for form submissions.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Cloudflare to host, deliver, protect, and rate-limit the website, and Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph to deliver and retain inquiry email. Those providers process information as needed to provide their services, maintain security, or comply with law.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Analytics, cookies, and tracking
Cloudflare provides aggregate Web Analytics and technical website services. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics beacon does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect or use visitors' personal data for Web Analytics.
MarineFS does not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, behavioral advertising, user accounts, or payment processing on this website. We do not intentionally track visitors over time across unrelated third-party websites. Because we do not perform that type of tracking, the website does not use a separate Do Not Track response or "Do Not Sell or Share" mechanism. We will update this policy and provide applicable choices if those practices change.
Retention
Ordinary inquiry records are generally retained in the CFS email system for three years after the last meaningful activity. A longer period may apply if the inquiry becomes part of a contract, claim, dispute, legal hold, or another record category with a longer required period. Provider backups and standard system-retention periods may also apply.
Your choices and requests
You may email info@cielofs.com to ask what inquiry information we maintain about you or to request a correction or deletion. We may verify the request and may retain information when required for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business-record purposes. Additional rights may apply under the law where you live.
Children
This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 submitted personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our information practices, service providers, website functions, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and identify material changes in a reasonably noticeable manner.
